2 Years Warranty

Blue Oasis Shower Filter comes with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is Covered

Defective parts or manufacturing faults.
Malfunctions due to normal wear and tear.

What is Not Covered

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
Damage caused by using the product with water temperatures exceeding 120°F (49°C).
Damage caused by using the product with water pressure exceeding 80 psi.

How to Claim Warranty

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@au.blueoasisfilter.com to initiate a warranty claim. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect.
Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the defective product, free of charge.

Exclusions

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Damage caused by improper maintenance or cleaning is not covered.
